Delivery times and methods
The Conditions Apply uses UPS for delivery. Then the average delivery time is approximately 5 to 13 working days depending on the country of destination. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 7 pm.

Tracking your order
You will be notified via email with the tracking number once your product(s) has been shipped & you will then be able to track this on the shipping provider’s website.

Procedure for returns or exchanges
In accordance with national and European legal provisions for consumer protection, you have 14 days of the product being delivered to you (7 Days if purchased on Sale) without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.
